Why have I not received my withdrawn winnings?
Once you request a withdrawal, it can take up to 24 hours to be released.
Fast funds withdrawals: funds typically arrive within 40 minutes of release.
Standard processing: funds arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
If your funds have not appeared 24 hours after release, contact support with:
Time and date of the transaction
Amount and currency
Payment method or card issuer
Transaction reference number
Tip: Check your bank or payment provider first, they may have additional details on the transaction status.
Why is my withdrawal delayed or on hold?
Withdrawals go through verification and security checks before release.
Common reasons for delay:
Account not verified: submit the requested documents to complete verification.
Payments not cleared: deposits must be confirmed and not charged back, reversed, or cancelled.
Standard compliance checks: approval can take up to 24 hours.
Your withdrawal is processed as soon as checks are finalised and approved.

The payment method I withdrew funds to has expired. What should I do?
Your funds are safe. In most cases, funds are credited to your new or existing card or account with the same bank.
If your bank confirms the funds were not redirected, or you have no other account with them, contact support with the transaction details listed above.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
You can cancel a withdrawal if it has not yet been cleared by our payments team.
How to cancel:
Go to My Account from the top menu.
Select Pending Withdrawals.
Select the withdrawal and click Cancel.
You will receive a confirmation message.
Check Banking History to see the cancelled transaction.
Cancelled funds return to your account balance immediately.
Note: Once a withdrawal has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
